Established in 2004, "USA Equine Mini Imports" strives to make available top quality American producst for miniature horses. USA Equine Mini Imports is a family venture owned by Sue and Ray Dearing who also own "Yantaringa Park".

"Yantaringa Park" was established in 1985 by Sue and Ray Dearing. Due to the fact that movement and conformation, combined with bloodlines, are critical to me (Sue), I found it necessary to travel to the USA. I went three times altogether looking at different horse farms. The Nationals and the event are good places to look at different horses as you are looking at the countries best. I met some lovely people whom I still keep in contact with.

My husband and I eventually imported our four stallions and broodmares. We selected for movement, conformation and refinement. At Yantaringa Park we are always striving to breed quality. We have made the commitment to breed horses that are as close to perfect as can possibly be. We only breed to select mares and we only breed a few quality foals a year. All our horses are registered AMHA and MHAA and are DNA tested.

I recently attended the International Miniature Horse Conference in Belgium - Brussels. This was a most invaluable experience for me furthering my knowledge of the Industry. Whilst in Brussels I also successfully completed my Judges Examination enabling me to judge Miniature Horses throughout Australasia.

As well as imported full American Miniature Horses we also run a herd of Canadian Elk and Mesopotamian Fallow Deer and we believe that the well being of our animals is contributed to by the unspoilt environment in which we are located.
